We are actively seeking reliable suppliers of Butyl Inner Tube Scrap and TBR Tyre Scrap (Three-Piece Cut Only), and welcome long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships. Our goal is to work closely with our suppliers to ensure quality, transparency, and efficiency across every transaction.

Our Standard Material Requirements:

1. Butyl Inner Tube Scrap

We purchase with the following specifications:

• Material Type: Vulcanized butyl inner tubes, devalved

• Tube Condition: Whole, half, or quarter tubes only

Exclusions:

• No valves

• No natural rubber

• No contamination (airbags, stones, metal, wood, plastics, paper, bandages, etc.)

• No mixed rubber types (e.g., Natural Rubber, SBR, EPDM, Halobutyl)

2. TBR Tyre Scrap (Three-Piece Cut Only)

We require specifically:

• Cut Specification: Each tyre must be cleanly cut into three pieces:

  • 1 tread section (crown)

  • 2 sidewall sections

• Tread Requirements: Bead wire must be fully removed

• Sidewall Requirements: Bead wire must remain intact

Exclusions:

• Whole/uncut tyres

• Two-piece cuts or shredded material

• OTR or mixed tyre types

• Contaminated or waterlogged material

Packaging & Shipping Requirements:

For Butyl Inner Tubes:

• Must be shipped in bulk (loose) – no packed or baled material

For TBR Three-Piece Cuts:

• May be shipped loose or strapped in bundles

• No compaction or baling

Container Specifications:

• 40′ container: Minimum 18 MT / Maximum 27 MT

• 40′ HC container: Minimum 23 MT / Maximum 28 MT
